The
majority of Mayo clinic and hospital visitors are uncertain of their length of
stay. Most visitors will make their reservation starting 1 or 2 nights but
will end up extending their stay 4 or more nights. Everyday new
reservations arrive; we make every possible effort to extend guest stay in the
same room. We make no guarantees or promises to guest's specific type of
reservation request such as kitchenettes or smoking and non-smoking rooms.
At the time of check-in, we do our absolute best effort to accommodate all
guest's specific reservation requests. We
regret any inconvenience caused where we are unable to meet your
requirements.
Guests
checking in with pre-payment of rooms with a cash payment will be required to
pay an additional advance deposit of $20.00 to cover telephone usage, which may
be returned or adjusted according to telephone usage upon check out.
The
motel management will pre-authorize the total amount of your stay (1 day or
multiple days) when electing to use your credit card during check in.
Cooking
is only allowed in kitchenette rooms, and is strictly prohibited in regular
rooms.
Guest(s)
or any person(s) affiliated with the guest(s) shall not engage in any illegal
activity. Any violation shall result in immediate eviction and no
refunds. This property is privately owned and management reserves the
right to refuse service to anyone and and will not be responsible for accidents
or injury or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
