Courtesy Inn has added free HBO
channel in all of the rooms, in majority of the
rooms, and has added an Electronic Messaging Center in the
main office for free e-mail access for our guests (limited
to 15 minutes per guest).
Courtesy Inn, located close to the Mayo Clinic,
IBM and Downtown Rochester, is an ideal location for seniors and clinic patients
providing a cozy and comfortable environment. It's recently remodeled
deluxe 44 rooms are fully equipped with access to Cable TV (over 70 channels),
refrigerator, microwave oven, telephone, and recently modernized bathrooms with
bath tub and shower combination.
All of the guestrooms are furnished with either
a queen bed or two double beds. We also have some fully furnished
kitchenette units. All of these guestrooms are subject to availability
(see Notice below).
Our guestrooms are all located on ground floor,
with ample free parking located directly outside the rooms. Free morning
coffee, donuts and ice is available daily. The motel provides free shuttle
service to and from the motel to the Clinic and Hospitals during business days
(Mon-Fri). Local calls from the guestrooms are also
free. We also have guest laundry facilities at the premises.
The motel is ideally located, close to all of
the amenities such as Perkins Restaurant and Hyvee's grocery store (open 24
hrs). The motel is also within walking distance to a mini-mall, and within
5-10 minutes of driving distance to fast food restaurants and Rochester's
downtown, including the public library.
NOTICE: The motel management will try their
best to accommodate rooms of your preference, such as non-smoking, smoking, or
rooms with kitchenette. However such rooms are subject to
availability. We regret any inconvenience caused where we are unable to
meet your requirements. Guest(s) or any person(s) affiliated with the
guest(s) shall not engage in any illegal activity. Any violation shall
result in immediate eviction and no refunds. This property is privately
owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and and will
not be responsible for accidents or injury or for loss of money, jewelry or
valuables of any kind.
